Our Track Record
Since December 1960, BGC South Vancouver Island (BGCSVI), (formerly Boys & Girls Club of Greater Victoria), has been helping children and youth discover, develop and achieve their best potential as adults, leaders and citizens in our community. We create innovative programs that address and meet the ever-changing needs of our local children and youth. We offer a safe, supportive place to belong where children and youth can have fun, experience new opportunities, build positive relationships, learn valuable skills and develop confidence and capability along the way. Our programs build on each child and youth’s unique strengths and engage them in activities that challenge and enrich their minds, bodies and spirits encouraging healthy living, personal growth, learning, skills development and community involvement.
