BGCVIC Summer Camp 2021 Details
Registration is done via email to registration@bgcvic.org. Registration will be open to internal families from March 1st to 15th. After March 15th anyone is welcome to register their school-aged child in our camps! Registration is done on a weekly basis and part-time is not available.
Due to the high volume of emails/interest, we will respond within 3 business days and your request will be put in the queue in the order in which it is received.

Please be assured that our Outdoor Adventure Summer Camp 2021 programming will go ahead as planned at our Metchosin Club. We look forward to another amazing summer camp season!

Thank you to all parents and children interested in our summer camps this year. This is the time of year when there are lots of choices offered in our community. We know that you have many decisions to make about your summer plans and that it is still early in your decision-making process. In order to be accessible and flexible for all families, we are delaying as long as possible a non-refundable registration deadline.
As families make their decisions during this recovery phase of the pandemic, and as we get closer to the summer camp season, we know that some of your current summer camp bookings may change. This will result in a shift in our summer camp inventories and create new registration openings that may not currently be available. We are taking an inventory of interest (waitlists) for our sold out camps and will begin contacting families as new availability opens up.
During the pandemic, many community summer camps have had to reduce the number of spaces available, while increasing the cost. Many summer camps that have traditionally been offered in the community may not be operating this summer, as a result of constraints caused by the pandemic. BGCVIC is pleased to be able to maintain the costs and available spaces equivalent to last year’s summer camps.
We are working hard through this pandemic recovery to meet the ever-increasing needs of children, youth, and families in our community and we thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to develop, manage, and communicate our summer camp programming and inventory availability.
July Camp Fees
July camp fees will be processed on
1 May 2021.
August Camp Fees
August camp fees will be processed on
1 June 2021.
Deposits
There will be a $10.00 non-refundable deposit for any weeks cancelled prior to April 30th/May 31st.
Refunds
The last day to withdraw from summer camp without paying the full camp fee is April 30th for July camps and May 31st for August camps.
