Become a Care Family with BGC South Vancouver Island! Care Families commit to a flexible one-year renewable contract, tailored to fit your lifestyle. With 24/7 support, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. You’ll receive compensation for your time and space, making it easy to make a difference. If you have room in your heart and home and want to support youth in South Vancouver Island, this opportunity is for you! As a Care Family in this program, your role is to provide a supportive, non-guardianship environment focused on mentoring and providing life skills development for the youth you’re paired with. BGCSVI ensures your well-being with round-the-clock assistance, including after-hours support, for both you and the youth in your care.
